So
maybe you've been being a little rough with your nails, maybe someone
else was (link), or maybe you've never really known what to do with
them. My nails got absolutely murdered so I had to do what I could to
salvage them. I'll do a video on nail maintenance another time so you
can avoid this kind of situation.
